TEACHING

Until it's closure in 2021 Ben Woodgate was Professor of Clarinet for ten years at the Royal Military School of Music at Kneller Hall in Twickenham, Ben now provides one-to-one tuition in his private teaching practice at his home in Surrey.
All ages and all standards are considered for committed students who wish to improve their playing technique, study repertoire for solo performances, study for examinations or simply just for the love of the instrument.
Ben holds a Licentiate Diploma with distinction on the Clarinet & Saxophone from Trinity College of Music, is a member of the Royal Society of Musicians of Great Britain, and is a Music Mentor for the musical charity Music For Youth.
Passionate about musical education through the dedicated love of all the instruments he plays, Ben has enthused many students both young and old to become the best musicians they can be by lending detailed, yet easy to understand instruction, with many years of professional playing & teaching experience behind him.
